Shipping methods can be chosen on the Order Information page during the checkout process.
PROCESSING
The processing time could take up to 5-6 business days depending on the order amount and destination. (Most orders only take 3 business days).
After the processing, your order will proceed to shipping and handling.
Flat Rate Shipping — $3.50 (8-15 business days after processing)
Standard Shipping — $7.35 (5-8 business days after processing)
Expedited Shipping – $22.50 (3-7 business days after processing)
Easy Returns & Exchanges
7 DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 7 days from day you receive your order to return for refund. You must have original order number/receipt to process the return.
No returns, store credits or exchanges on specialty items AFTER your ORDER is processed.
Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. Customers are solely responsible for covering the return’s shipping fee.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE FOR "ON - SALE" or clearance items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Return & Restock Fee
Items returned with no reason of damage, late shipping, wrong item or multiple items will incur a restocking fee of $10 from the return balance.
